Reviews and Ratings
The McCloud Hotel offers a delightful historical charm that made my stay feel special, and the spacious rooms were a definite plus. Cindy, the innkeeper, was welcoming and consistently provided valuable information, enhancing the guest experience. However, the dining options could use improvement, as I found the food to be institutional at best. Also, there were some cleanliness issues in my room that detracted from an otherwise great stay.
My stay at the McCloud Hotel was delightful! The historic charm of the building really made the experience special, and the cozy rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options served each morning. However, I did wish there was more space in the rooms for enjoying meals or games. Overall, it was a lovely getaway that I highly recommend.
Our stay at the McCloud Inn was truly delightful. The unique, historical atmosphere transported us back in time, and the complimentary breakfast was a delicious way to start our day. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, but we did experience some noise from the upper floor during the night, which made it hard to sleep soundly. Overall, we loved the charm of the place and the welcoming environment, making it a destination worth returning to.
My stay at the McCloud Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The atmosphere was steeped in history, and the comfort of the rooms really stood out. The down-home feel, combined with attentive service, gave me a true sense of relaxation. I loved the unique themes of the rooms, but I would have appreciated a few more amenities for a perfect trip. Still, I can't wait to return to this quaint spot.
Staying at the McCloud Hotel was a delightful experience! The historic charm and cozy atmosphere made it a lovely retreat, especially being surrounded by beautiful antiques. While the dining options nearby were somewhat limited, the hotel’s own breakfast was fantastic. Overall, it's a wonderful stop near Mount Shasta, perfect for those looking to enjoy local history and comfort.
